First, run Dehacked and load up TURBO.DEH.  Write the changes to the Doom
executable, then take a look at the batch to tailor it to the way you want
it...
Since the -fast switch requires you to also have the -warp switch, I put
that in there too.  Just remember that if you want to start at a different
level...
